Founded in 2006, Shenzhen Chuangzhi Semi-link Technology Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chuangzhi Semi-link) integrates product research and development, production, sales and service, and has long been focused on advanced semiconductor chip packaging, carrier board, PCB and other functional wet electronic material surface treatment technology and product field. We are committed to filling the domestic gap of high-end coating technology, a key node in the industrial chain. We are currently a system supplier of wafer-level packaging of all wet process functional materials and key technologies in China, and also an enterprise that can realize import substitution in this process.  Wafer-level packaging products and technologies have been mature used in many well-known domestic OSAT, IDM enterprises.
