Product introduction: CZ-1559 are new type environment-friendly non-cyanide immersion Au solutions developed for environmental needs, CZ-1559 uses environment-friendly non-cyanide Au salts—"Sodium Gold Sulfide" for the source of Au ions, it have advantages to replace the extremely poisonous salt of Potassium dicyanoaurate solutions which widely applied in PCB industry.

Product features:

1. Collocate with the electroless Ni solutions CZ-1556, resolve the instability, Au surface off color and Au/Ni peeling problems of non-cyanide immersion Au solutions.

2. Excellent Ni corrosion resistance performance.

3. The Au thickness can attain 0.05-0.2um for ENIG/ENEPIG process.

4. Low gold concentration, low-temperature operation, stable deposition, uniform gold layer and excellent ability to resist contamination.
